I started the year with great intentions to find time to do all the things I want to make time for, and I’ve been failing terrible. It started out great but I havn’t been able to create a habit for all the thing I want to do.
I partly blame school which has been taking up more time during my day than I hoped it would. And I partly blame myself for not being able to get up in the morning (or waking up but spending 40 minutes on the phone rather than getting out of bed).
To further kick myself as I’m lying down here is a list of some of the things I’ve neglected;
Stretching in the morning (or at any point in the day)
Waking up early
I really wanted this year to be the year where I got consistent with blog content but I clearly still have long ways to go. I do have a lot of content ideas though so hopefully I can get a lot produced in the upcoming easter break.
Things I have been succesful with are;
Eating more plantbase. I’ve more or less cut meat out of my everyday diet.
Reading, surprisingly I’ve been really good at reading books, instead of just
putting on a show on Netflix. I’ve read 6 out of the 15 I have as a goal for the year so that is going great!
Picking myself up and making more of an effort
I have all intentions of picking up on all of these resolutions again. I’m trying to break-up with my snooze button. I should probably work on procrastinating less on social media. And then I need to plan better. So just know that I’m not forgetting and negleting the blog on purpose I’ve just had a hard time managing my time and energy lately but I’m working on it.
